Added a new Template chooser on new documents, to make it easier for convenient quick setup for common installers.
Adds new installer "Scripting" view for customizing some installer settings with Installer JS functions, and there is now a built-in code editor for the JavaScript file.
Create and edit shell scripts for pre- and post-installation within Package Builder using a built-in code editor. The editor has a convenient sidebar with documented arguments and environment variables.
You can now drag and drop a pre-existing built component package file into the sidebar, and it will be added as a new package / installation choice in the installer.
Description can now be set for each installation Choice, which is visible in the Installer app when the end-user selects a Custom installation and selects one of the choices.
An improved Welcome/Read Me/etc interface makes it is easier to add localizations.
When adding an application to the "Quit Apps" list, you can choose the actual application file in an Open panel instead of manually typing the bundle identifier. The bundle identifier will automatically be added.

Installers now always show at least one component package in the sidebar. In Package Builder version 1, the intent was to reduce the apparent complexity when creating an installer with only a single package by not showing it, and requiring a "conversion" to a multi-choice installer to add a second package. Version 2 now prioritizes a consistent interface where packages are explicitly shown.

Fixes an issue where an existing copy of the to-be-installed application which already elsewhere on the destination volume, might be "upgraded" instead of the installer's new version being placed at the specified location (ex: /Applications). The intended behavior of Package Builder installers is that installed applications etc are always placed at the specified location (relative to the user's destination choice during the Installer process) instead of locating them wherever the user might have placed them, and then upgrading them there.
